Service

Our service department is professionally-trained and certified with normal hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday excluding holidays. We have after hours service available for emergency situations and a technician available to answer your call. There are no hidden costs, such as trip charges in our rates for our service area.

Our technicians arrive at your home in a Battlefield Truck and uniformed shirts. They will also have a business card to identify themselves to you.

Our maintenance members are discounted 10% on unscheduled service charges, parts and accessories needed for peak unit operations.

We accommodate our customers by accepting checks, VISA, Master Card, and Discover.
